    If we’re going to have a cook off challenge then I think the humble chicken nugget is a good starting point. Everyone can make them, either batter or breadcrumb coating, and then be creative with the accompanying ingredients and presentation.

    No cheese.

    Cooked allsort today.

    Homemade, bacon cheese etc. burgers

    then did some pork loins in some gravy with chunky veg. With an onion mash.

    Thought i was done, sat to watch some Tv.. Then my sister hit me 'are you around tomorrow afternoon'

    Yeah why?

    Can you cook us us a chinkys, we'll pay you for it.

    So got pork, chicken out defrosting, got loads of veg and stuff...

    Just need to get up and buy some tubs...and i told her to **** off with the cash, One thing i can do well, is cook a chinese or thai

    Not true. A chicken nugget with garlic oil in it is a Chicken Kiev, which was a popular main course to follow a prawn cocktail when you were in your late thirties :emoticon-0100-smile

    Could do the challenge as chicken being the main ingredient which the dish is based on, so any veg or rice or salad or veg or sauce is good with as long as its a chicken thing.?
