i will not invade the arsenal boards, but at long last someone has written an arsene wenger appreciation thread about arsene wenger, of course one or 2 moody gooners have come out of the woodwork to slate the thread, but by and large it is a good thread.

arsene wenger was told publicly by the chief executive he would not be sacked. behind the scenes i suspect aw has had a good root up the fundamentals and warned what might happen if the arsenal were still with the journeymen in the league by christmas. come on you reds for arsene's sake 40 gauloises s'il vous plait.

this is brilliant lenny i can invade the arsenal 24 hours a day without going on their boards. we could do with a joint thread with the gas, incidentally i have just warmed the cockles of the gas heads hearts by predicting morecambe would win 4-0. tears? they are running down the gasheads legs

 

As long as its an honest assessment of the match and not a wind up, I have no objection to fans of other teams posting on our board. This is a good well written article.

I watched the whole game on Arsenal player and I have to say I was a little worried in the first half. Shrew played v well. We def lifted our game second half and dominated it, although we still conceeded two many chances for my liking. Shrew made us work for the win, so well done, and good luck in the league.

 

thanks and i am really hoping arsenal will lift their game on saturday. i do hope your first team realise they have competition for their places in the team. it is amazing what a beneficial effect that may bring to the arsenal results!!

 

aj has just posted his last thread on arsenals board. there are all these goons calling for wengers head. i merely posed a thread -will arsene be sacked if arsenal beat spurs away. i have been accused of dividing the fans, well let me tell them they are a divided club, and unless there is a united fanbase they will not succeed. my thread was meant to provide continued support, but aj knows when he is not wanted. my thread is now closed and so is aj

sadly yes captain. but i did not set out tp cause an argument. as an outsider i was just p*ssed off with arsenal having had a great win, there are still some gooners calling for arsenes head. so i tried a little sarcism which backfired with the moderator. thankfully this thread is linked with arsenals boards so hopefully my apologies will be taken on board. and appropriate brickbats thrown against me from the boo boys. 1 day some people may come to appreciate their clubs manager might just have had an unlucky run and may have been prevented from spending money at the right time. up the arsenal

Lord knows we've had enough of that recently, it pops up on just about every thread,
so we didn't really need another one,
We'd rather concentrate on getting our season back on track, rather than the infighting that has dominated the board recently

You don't take the M40 from the M54,you take the M6 Toll then the M6 and then the M1
I suspose you could go straight onto the M6 from the M54 but we usually take the M6 Toll as we stop for breakfast at the Norton Cains <sic> services

 

aj will be following the safety car through the lanes, whichever way 2-0 to arsenal. and we have to get to southend friday night!
