Vassell isn't about scoring, every Leicester fan will tell you that. His direct running will cause many problems this season as Forest, Brighton and Southampton have found out.
Yep, most teams do. Although he's mainly played on the wing. Beckford and Nugent are our goalscorers.
Very ammusing, filled in my lunch time reading what i thought was going to be a match thread but instead was a play ground girls fight. Roll on Sunday when we get back to the important stuff. Feel confident the team will be heading back to Leicester with the 3 points.
**** off Danger Twat. Beat your ****ing useless pile of overpaid **** you call a football team. When you have something to be ****ing proud off you can have the privilege of posting on out board you bag of turd. Now **** off and cry to your mummy and give your boyfriend a big hug you ass sniffing ****. That was fun Do I win?? I think this is a game? Who can swear the most. It must be something like that because normal people manage to string sentences together without descending into foulness.
And you are bothered about us why??? Oh let me see, jealous that you'll never get a Manager as good as Sven as you're stuck with Millen, have no money as you didn't accept £7m for that donkey Maynard - which I'm glad we didn't get - have never played European footie or ever won anything...... the list goes on ... More jealousy against a team that actually spend money... but then again you have Ryan McGivern ha ha ha
Quite alot of Cardiffs team that played last night will play again on sunday. I think only Matt Mills will start for us. Schmeichel, Bamba, Konchesky, Wellens, King, Fernandes, Abe, Beckford and Vassell will all be back on sunday
I disagree, possible 3 or 4 out of the starting 11 will start on the weekend. We still got Whitts, Miller, Gerrard, Hudson, McNaughton and Conway will start. Good game last night, not alot between the two teams really, only a penalty shoot out which could of gone either way. Looking forward to the game on Sunday it should be interesting but i wouldn't write Cardiff off just yet.
Cardiff had 4 players that played in there last league game. Leicester had just 1 - Matt Mills. I honestly went to the game thinking that a result either way would have its positives, so long as there was no embarassment. I am quite happy with the performance of a completely new Leicester side. Realisticaly were never going to bother much in the Carling Cup, see Leeds being outplayed on Tuesday. We would eventually encounter such a team. Now onto the league with our 1st team
Not sure what planet you are from, tho' a good bet might be Hypocracus - name one side that qualifies as 'real' versus 'bought manufactured' these days? - even your user namesake hardly come up through the Swansea youth ranks? Rangel, Bodde, De Vries not names commonly found in the Heads of the Valley ... All that has happened with us is that we have accelerated the 'normal' process due to having owners with the funds to do so .. so is your point that it is OK to 'buy' a team provided you do it over a protracted period of time .. Now climb down of your high sheep and wake up to the reality of modern football ..
Took my over 20 minutes to read practically every post, I'll never get those 20 minutes back as most of it was quite pathetic and some people, not naming anyone (danger fox) need to get a grip and realise it's only a game, letting some good Leicester fans down with posts like that. Anyway, Sunday will be different for both teams, tactically and team wise. Leicester has a lot more pressure as everyone is expecting them to go on some sort of long winning streak with the squad they got, and should be up there around xmas time or Sven will be shown the door. We've only lost one game in the league, and are still finding our feet so I think we'll play more relaxed but with the tempo of having home advantage. May the best team win.
Funny contrast struck me last night - when MON was in charge I always fancied us in penalty shoot-outs - MON seemed to have a game plan and I always felt the pressure was on the opposition - not least because in pegguy arpexad (remember him) we had a keeper who inspired confidence - pegguy seemed to exude confidence and seemed to give the pen takers a knowing look that suggested he knew where they were going to place it. Have to say my thoughts were completely the opposite last night - having watched Wealey facing penalties one thing is readily obvious - he just guesses and dives, usually so early that the taker can then just put it straight down the middle - as 3 of the first 5 were. Always felt it was just a matter of time - unless one of theirs blasted wide or over.
