Its really not about carrots in spag bol personally. I Like carrots but they make a spag bol very council estate.
That could work i suppose. Wouldnt it just go mushy though? Make the lasagna sloppy? I dont use white sauce for that very reason. But it means i use 2 blocks of cheese instead,
No I sweat down grated carrot, onion and garlic. Then add herbs, then tomato purée . Cook that out then add the mince. Brown that off then add pasata. Cook it all through. I like the cheese sauce in lasagne and loads of it. Making your own is brilliant. That essentially what was in my dry mac an cheese though made with evaporated milk rather than just milk.

In a big plastic jar/cup thing? I hate those things...As i fly around on my truck, i lose so many. Mind it keeps the moany cleaners busy. Random fact my chef mate told me. When you buy Minestrone soup , when out eating...It started out as Tomato soup, and no **** wanted it, so they hoy some random **** in, and re brand it.
Exactly that. If I don’t have time to make a proper meal during the day I whack one of those in the microwave. I’ve told her to get nothing with meat in though as I don’t know how long that ****’s been in that pot.
