So because the "leaders" of this forum dont have the same passion for adhesive we do, were not allowed our thread, but they're allowed their pollution thread.

I don’t disagree with that but knowing something is against the rules and abusing your colleagues by exploiting weak management (of which there are very few in an extremely large warehouse of 39000 square metres) tells me as much about the rule breakers as it does the management, so yes I will blame the smokers because they obviously lack respect for their non smoking colleagues. Not blaming them would be the same as not blaming a shoplifter for stealing something that wasn’t being closely monitored. They know they shouldn’t do it.
Guys if you do not like a thread stickied all you have to do is let us know. If you have an off topic thread you want to post all you need is to ask. To remind you all this is a football forum not a general talk Forum. You have a general talk you can all go on if you want to but not on here.
I dont like the environmental and pollution thread as it's not football related, can we **** it off please?
