I don't need to research anything. And where did I assume anything, I think you might be replying to the wrong person, you can't even manage to get that right!

Ha was for comm the bottom part

I didn't mention shift work?

I suppose working through the night and sleeping during the day can work, if it's a permanent arrangement. But I'm pretty sure the lack of daylight would eventually cause issues and trying to sleep when it's daytime can present its own problems anyway.

My old man used to work nights. And I remember me and my brother trying to stay quiet when he was sleeping in the day, near on impossible. And he'd often be up around midday bleary eyed, having given up on trying to get any more than 4-5 hours in.

You stay awake on watch docs on serial killers ffs, and then think you know everything about killing.

I suspect you couldn't even put a mouse out of it's misery that has had it's neck broken in a trap.

Why would I want to kill a mouse

Quote; The advantage with working evenings is with MH sufferers <whistle>

So you see plenty of daylight, if you can get your arse out of bed ;)

I think the days of a 3 shift pattern are now nearly gone..People who do nights, just do nights.

I did it for a year once, and agree i was all over the place.

My old man worked shifts at a pharma company for 35 years, he used to do 4 nights, 2 days, then 2 off, then 4 days, 2 nights and 2 off. I swear that it contributed to his dementia in the end. His body clock was all over the shop.

That's my point, you talk a good game a wanna be a psycho killer. But the reality is very different.

When have said I want to be a killer? Im just interested in criminal psychology ... im doing a degree that involves an eliment of psychology.

Btw you dont know me or my past , so dont make such assumptions ..
