I believe Agincourt is where the 2 fingers FO, comes from... allegedly the English long bow men showing the French they had all their fingers and could fire their arrows at them.
Yes Buckingham palace is a building, a building which the queen lives in. Do you think millions will still flock there every year when you and your friends turf the queen out? Of course they won't, because without the queen, it's just a nice building. And yes, Germany and France got rid of their royal families, and unsurprisingly, millions less visit Paris and Berlin in comparison to London. Our royal family are iconised around the world, and they bring in billions to our economy every year, without fail. Not bad for ''privileged idiots" aye?
I have, just agency cars with special glass, etc ... ... not actually on jobs, just back to the depot or whatever. They're built for comfort, not manoeuvrability.
My dear old Mum always reckoned the establishment/royalty wanted rid of Diana because she was bringing the monarchy into disrepute with her liaisons with unsuitable boyfriends. Perhaps Harry also reckons this is the case...he has never got on with his so called grandfather (there is doubt who his father might be..)... so this split from the Saxe-Coburgs might be more about who he actually is rather than Meghan's doing. He might only be related to William his half-brother
I’d imagine behind closed doors it’s no secret to Harry who his real Father is so I doubt he feels like he’s stabbing Charlie in the back. Going back to last year and watching the interviews with Harry and Meghan both were clearly troubled and unhappy. Harry has never liked doing the royal stuff, he’d rather do a days graft in the forces and then go home and light a joint up. He’s always looked uncomfortable amongst the other Royals, imo. There’s definitely something bigger and underlying between Harry and Meghan and William and Kate. I wouldn’t be surprised if those stopped communicating altogether now.
It's possible but, if they wanted her dead, there are many easier ways than somehow engineering a car crash that would guarantee she would die. As not everyone in the car died it shows it was pure chance.
Harry, and all of us, have seen Charles trudging around after the Queen, for years, waiting for his chance to get his face on a stamp. Harry probably doesn't fancy a lifetime grinning at factory workers or shaking hands with Maoris tbh.
I never bought in to the image of Diana Spencer as a 'saintly' woman. Indeed, I always regarded her as a manipulative, self serving control freak who used the Royal family for her own ends. Just think back to the first posed photograph of her, after her relationship with Charles became public knowledge (in the garden with the sun making her skirt see through). The photographer had, apparently warned her but she insisted that he took the shot, knowing how it would turn out and her subsequent behaviour with Fergie et al for proof of her real character. Now, given Harry lost his mother (who he clearly idolised) at such a young age is it any surprise that he's found someone of similar ilk, from yet another dysfunctional family, who he's allowing to control his every action? I just see him as spineless and is clearly allowing Meghan to act as a replacement for his mother. Even the Queen is questioning the state of his mental health!
MM is a breath of fresh air after all the vacuous self centered tarts that have been part and parcel of british royalty for decades not to mention the chinless venal work shy nobheads that marry them. British high society do not like driven, strong women and that she isnt 100% white caucasian just gives them further cause to gang up and vilify her. It's a disgrace what is going on. Given that kiddies friend prince Andrew has got off scot free just heightens the hypocrisy that epitomises what goes on in that sordid little household
That's a very specific example mate Harry's the only one of them who's relatively normal. It's often been said that losing his mam had a big impact, and lads that served in the gulf with him reckoned he loved being away from it with a different kind of "family". Its obvious that Meghan represents how he saw his mam, this sophisticated lady off the telly who cares deeply about humanitarian causes and it's absolutely messed his head up. He's never looked comfortable in his own skin since. And to make things even worse for him, most people see MM as an ambitious lass who's been around the block and isn't afraid to flatten anyone in her way, including the Queen If Diana was alive she'd have done the mam thing and squashed Meg like a bug. She'd be horrified at a thirsty yank pretender using him for fame and glory.
Everybody is. I think it's fair to say that you could notice during the interviews with Harry and Meghan, last year, that they were both struggling to cope. They looked really miserable and like they had the weight of the world on their shoulders. If that's what being part of the Royals is doing to them it's better to get out and change their situation before their mental health deteriorates further.
It transpires, as most suspected, that it is Meghan who is behind this. The Times says Prince Harry is "in turmoil" over cutting his royal links and would be "heartbroken" if he had to sever ties altogether. However, a source close to the couple has told the paper that Meghan is determined to step away. It's also being reported that she is attempting to blackmail the Queen with threats of a 'tell all' interview on Oprah unless she gets her own way!
So is the Meghan who wants Harry's fame and fortune the same Meghan who wants to live away from the spotlight and be financially independent? Just need some clarification so I know what to hate her for.
Liz needs to set them adrift as gently as possible and let them sort it out amongst themselves. Let Harry know the spare room's ready if he needs it. Then she should prepare to cringe like she's never cringed before.
This is like a fairy tale in reverse ... ... beautiful young girl kisses a Prince who turns into a travelling salesman
That’s just media talk, at the moment. What’s wrong with Meghan being ‘behind this’? It seems to me that she’s never been fully accepted into the family and would prefer a life away from the limelight. Harry has always been rumoured to have never enjoyed his Royal duties so I’d hazard a guess that this is a decision made by both of them.
