This thread has got me thinking actually, about what our own individual links to the place that is Charlton are.
Was anybody on here born in Charlton, or maybe has lived there.
We know that @lardiman Mum still lives in Charlton, and for my own part my late Grandad was from Shooters Hill, worked as a docker at Woolwich Dockyard, and in his final years lived on Woolwich Common (not literally, in a flat overlooking it).
Anyone else got Charlton family connections ?

… where is Charlton again?What an impressive performance from Josh Davison yesterday. He is looking like another gem off the conveyor belt. The poachers goal will give him confidence, and I thought he led the line with some aplomb. He certainly took a battering throughout the game before being subbed & limping off.
Ideally under the new owner we now allow Josh to go out on loan for a season in League 2, to properly learn the man’s game.
