It's all documented in this thread really. Post #6 onward. To me it was an over reaction to a few comments on the Lafferty Goals thread. https://www.not606.com/threads/lafferty-goals.380818/page-2 SAFCY hit the report button a few times which attracted the attention of BRB - the site owner and the rest is history.
Was i gerrin mixed up with @Simple Saffy ? Yerv both got black an white the colour of shìte avatars Anyway am pìssed. Who else is in a good mood after a cracking win ? Yeeeeehawww
Nope. Nowt to do with me. That Blyth Bucaneer is a wind-up, mate. He's always bringing disruption to the board.
Thank you. I’ve got my own mental health issues, I’m hardly going to be ripping the piss out of somebody else’s. I said last night and I stand by it, that I’m not sure how some of these posters and their families will get through life if just seeing the word ‘Autism’ causes them to react in the way that they have. This is the year 2020 though and this is the way men are allowed to be now. We must embrace it and think about how words are affecting them and all that bollocks. I despair.
I'm autistic (although on the higher functioning end) and I can also understand your mental health struggles - I guess that you could be triggered by some forms of abuse directed at you and maybe that is what happened here. I don't see that you could have foreseen such a reaction to your comment. Alright you were a bit crass, but you N/Ts (neurotypicals - ie non-aspies) are all like that wheras we are just logical - even if nobody else (even other autistics) understands our logic
We’ll have to gan canny with this or we’ll have people talking... It was a hug, a very manly hug with a manly back tap as we are doing it.
The “load of statistics “ was just a statement that Man U didn’t have a penalty against them at OT for 10years. It wasn’t abuse mind, just a bit of a sharp reaction
The autism comment came because I said Man Utd won every home game back then by 3 or 4 goals so his claim about penalties was redundant. He give me a serious reply which could be interpreted as being a bit of a sharp reaction by insisting I wasn’t being factual because they didn’t win every single game by 3 or 4 goals. I replied to that with ‘I didn’t realise you had autism’ I can’t believe it’s still being discussed now never mind back then. There’s a lad on here with autism who hasn’t found it offensive at all. I wish posters would be acceptance on his behalf rather than offended on the other guys behalf.
It takes no thinking, fairy straight forward, but speaking about autism in your manner leaves me with little doubt, jog on big lad
*Fairly* I’m inclined to disagree about the intelligence thing judging by your posts. Stop trying to intimidate me and speaking to me like that. No need. I’ve got feelings like everybody else.
I was replying to Draig who seemed to have the facts mixed up re a load of stats being posted that was all. Problem on message boards is there's no tone of voice or body language to give a clue to what people mean
