    Bingo. Take note, Piskie.

I've heard of that one it comes in a bottle? So that will be less gassy than the stuff they pull from the taps on the bar?

    Cheers mate.

It comes in draught or bottle, I prefer draught personally. It’s a lovely pint.

    <laugh> Good point.

I'd just go with Tobes suggestion, something light but not too gassy. Nice crisp draught lager <ok>

Interesting, I'll keep a note of that.

I'm only eating one meal every 2-3 days at the moment, so should I wait for that meal and then drink or drink before I've ate something?

Those three are all mass produced, gassy, ****.

If you like a lager, try and American lager. Brooklyn or Boston for instance.

You could try a craft beer, loads about at the minute in poncey small cans.

Or just go onto ale. They won't upset your stomach.

Constant battle, mate, that's all. The happy house that I attend think it might be a case of self harming which blew my mind because I've never done anything like that and never thought of it that way before. I thought it was just physical but apparently not. The last two months have probably been the most challenging since I shot myself but I'm not thinking any daft thoughts or anything like that, I'm just suffering in other ways. I just need to stop punishing myself and making me worse in every way. It's only temporary though :emoticon-0150-hands

I dunno man. The Ale is gonna be heavy, especially if he has more than 3-4 pints.

I'd go quality draught lager. Light and crispy.

Yeah we all battle our demons in different ways mate. Try and keep yourself healthy though, I don't need to preach to you, but you know that they are all linked, body, mind and spirit. If one's out of kilter, it will affect the rest. Go easy on yourself buddy <hug>

Brewing techniques, hops, barley etc. I couldn't define them accurately but lager has a tendency to be golden and gassier.
Ale will be darker with less fizz, although not necessarily as flat as people would have you believe.

Booked into a hotel in Cobh,Ireland some years ago.The hotel on the waterfront from where the Titanic made it's last stop before....! I told the manager, the first thing I wanted was a nice pint of Guiness. He told me he didn't sell it. An Irishman in Ireland didn't sell Guiness. No,sorry,he said. But I can give you a pint of Murphy's. I was a bit ticked but tried it......oh! it was so nice and smooth. Nice manager!!!!!!!

Watching the NFC (could be AFC?!) championship game. Like this sort of stuff with highlights, it's a hard slog the full game.

Still, it's a great sport to watch once in a while.

Got a nice Portuguese red on the go, alarm set for 7.20 and gonna play some golf in the morning.

Weather is weirdly looking great, will probably (definitely) play ****.
