So according to some, " a white, privileged male" can be nothing other than a racist. To hold a person's skin pigmentation against them, is by definition, racism. Sexism also must to be added. That is really just a sign of how polarising social media can be – they love you or hate you, no nuance. There are quite a few tweets to him over the last few days that have been deleted by Twitter, presumably for breaking rules about abuse. I see that Rachel Boyle has got some criticism in the UK right-wing tabloids. Apparently, she was a BBC plant in the audience as she has appeared several times recently on BBC current affairs programs as she ticks all the PC boxes. She is a mixed-race ethnicity lecturer at Edge Hill University (formerly Edge Hill College, Ormskirk) and her leftist-liberal tendencies clearly make Fox, son of rich actor Edward and privately educated, an obvious target. She is the sort of academic that is destroying higher education by politicising everything but I am sure that a degree from Edge Hill is good enough to flip burgers at McDonald’s even if it is not Media Studies. If anybody should be ‘torn to pieces’ it should be Boyle. I bet she has her Corbyn poster on her office wall. If Meghan is an arsehole, she is a pretty wealthy one from her actress career before she married ginger. If they want away from the day-to-day glare of being a minor royal then that is fair enough.
