Mac looks good, I like it dry n crispy too sometimes but more often prefer it oozing with the cheese mix.
Skiddy clearly thinks he can cook and claims to have been a professional cook despite the fact that the dishes he presents on this thread look absolutely rank. Maybe the **** he serves up was considered acceptable in the late 70s / early 80s but it would be thrown in his face nowadays.
Would have preferred it slightly more runny. My oven often seems to cook things quicker than stated in the recipe. the courgette fries were lovely. They were dipped in egg and rolled in panko and Parmesan and onion powder.
Is it fan assisted? And if so, are you adjusting the temp / cooking time accordingly bro? Just saying......
As someone who is the wrong side of 50, believe me, this would have still unacceptable in the 70’s and 80’s
These will be shortly heading to the oven for a slow cook over the next 4-5 hours. Then heading for the BBQ to finish them off!!
I’d turn it down more mate, the general difference is 20C between fan and normal but all ovens are different.
