But, but , but his hair. I liked the post earlier, ok let's take some missiles, but make sure none of our lads are killed. Just for peace or something Fffs i depair at the stupidity on here at times when it comes to war. Like the yanks are gonna take one, just to appease Iran ffs Why would i worry about Yanks, when we have ****wits with comments like that.
Agreed. Kim boi hasn't launched any long rangers for quite a while now. However, there's not a chance on earth he will give up his ballistic arsenal. Some people on here do need to give their heads a wobble though, Iran will have nuclear capability within a year at the current rate of enrichment. An absolutely abhorrent regime that needs to be smashed. God help us if this is not stopped.
You don't think he's mad? Or a threat to the stability of a very volatile region? Perhaps you believe him when he says "I'm a very stable genius"?
Yes i believe him. The yanks have not shot a nuclear weapon in anger in over 75 years,. There is only one way this will change. Countries like Iran get them. It's ****ing simple really...
You do realise there are moderates as well as extremists within the Iranian regime (as there are in the Whitehouse)? And that Obama's administration was negotiating with the moderates, and in so doing strengthening their influence? First thing Trump does on becoming President is tear up the treaty his predecessor, and the rest of the world, had signed up to. In doing that, he empowered the extremists in Iran, and now he's succeeded in uniting the whole of Iran - against America. Well done Donny. Who needs diplomacy? Sort em out with a few bombs - it's the American way. ****ing yee-haw!
Have the Americans admitted to shooting the airliner down yet, or will this just be another one of those cover ups. We know it wasn't the Iranians, because if they had Ole Trumpy would have been all over it like a fog horn.
He's doing a grand job of nuking no one yet honestly at times you talk out of your arse. Donny the nuke president
It's more likely to be from the Iranians, as they will have had air defence systems and countermeasures in full swing at the time of the strike.
It's not ****ing simple though is it? Trump is simple, but the situation in the middle east is anything but. It's enormously ****ing complicated, very few people understand it, and no one in power is listening to the people who do. It's been that way since the fall of the Ottoman Empire during WWI, and no one listened then to the few people on the ground - like T.E. Lawrence - who did understand it. Pakistan has nukes btw. India has nukes. So do the Chinese and the Russians, as does ad Fatboy in Korea, and almost certainly the Israelis. Do you think the US should lob a few missiles at those countries? Would that make the world a safer place?
But it is that simple you patroning ****. And thanks for the lecture, from someone who actually served in Iraq So you listed the nuclear powers, now ain't you a smart lad.
Personally I don't think Trump has got big enough balls to start on Iran, and if he has, then it will be another typical all American fook up. This ain't little ole Japan he is dealing with now. And why worry about America, when Iran can just drop a couple of big bangers on the UK, after all a little Island like that is only collateral damage.
The Sultan of Oman will pass away soon. I expect few know who he is or appreciate what an important role a moderate like him has played in the ME. He has no natural successor so it could get messy.
The Iranians could only succeed by the use of proxies and guerrilla warfare, they would be annihilated in any head on military confrontation with the Yanks, Iraq but on a much bigger scale.
No, that's a simplistic and misguided view. The hardline clerics have been slowly releasing their grip on power, in response to internal pressure from modernisers within Iran. Huge numbers of Iranians from wealthy and influential families have gone abroad to study, in Europe and the USA, and returned to their country with liberal ideas. That's what you get when you educate your population, they begin to question the status quo, and demand the freedoms they see others enjoying in more tolerant places. Trump, however, has helped to throw all that progress into reverse.
I would have to disagree, the clerics will go to any lengths to hold onto power. Even as recent as 2019 there was protests for change that were subsequently smashed by the regime.
Oh that old one. You served in Iraq, so you know all about Iran (two completely different cultures btw)? Knowing how to recognise a camel's arse, doesn't constitute an informed opinion.
