Chicken Curry tonight with Rice or Parathas not sure Coriander/Cumin seeds given a little toasting in the pan then to be ground up...no fixed amount...up to you. forgot to include Green Chillis in pic Not using tomatoes coz I got none in...going to use a bit of Passata sauce once the onions sizzling thru
Looks good pal. Very Asian mind with the black units and copper handles what did you do knock the dining room into the kitchen? I don’t use the dining room and want to do the same and make a snug off the kitchen as my kitchen is already big, but would be nice to open up a room which is just a dumping ground. Always made me laugh valuing Asians houses as the man always had a plush lounge with nice furniture and the women had a separate one with **** uncomfortable chairs.
Asians love shiny things Yeah had the Dining room and kitchen aswell as the hallway opening up to the stairs all opened up. the room closest to the kitchen usually belonged to the women...times a changing though...it’s my kitchen!
£5.50 box from the thai place round the corner. Some masala beef curry, pineapple chicken, chillli chicken, Singapore noodles, egg fried rice, with some tomyum stock over it all.
Couple of my Asian pals still have segregated lounges. Though the women’s one isn’t as **** as the older generations. Also the women seem to be able to enter their lounges.
