Quite exciting all this cooking and recipe flummery, what you doing for pud mate, creamy rice pudding?
Well I’ve had nachos two ways so far. Canapé of nachos with cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce. Starter of hot nachos with refried beans, salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Main is Aberdeen Angus burger with a corn on the cob. Had to make my own burger sauce too. Gerkins, capers, mayo, ketchup, white wine vinegar, Dijon, sliced pickled onion, salt an pepper.
I made a chicken stir fry and put too much fresh chilli in it. Sweating. Tomorrow could be a long day.
I've prepared a kind off a mixed grill for later... 2 burger 2 cumberland Thick bacon steak Homemade chips Garlic mushrooms Onions rings Some baby corn And carrot stick things (cos i like carrots, and will baste them in butter0
