He’s fast becoming my most hated player of all time. This kid is absolute clart! Whoever sanctioned that signing needs removed from the club. Is he the worst signing we have ever made? He can’t do anything.
Pound for pound he absolutely has to be. I'm actually starting to think he's an agent signed by Mike Ashley to single handedly sabotage each and every game.....he's doing a ****ing cracking job so far!
Completely agree. No heart, no ability. Where the **** was he for that Fernandez knock down? He just stared at the ball. And the **** is the reason we conceded, giving it away with yet more bullshit. Why the **** he was on the pitch at all was beyond me. In terms of price, he's absolutely the worst signing of all time. And I hate him too, don't want him in or near the squad.
The FA should be investigating that transfer. Nobody thought he was a £40m player in the first place, but he makes me long for Gayle.
He puts absolutely no effort in, being in a different position doesn't really account for not running, barely going to chances when they are available and generally having a whining sulking attitude. I think he basically sums up everything wrong with the modern footballer.
It's a shame, cos Fulham have a cracking striker, very similar build to Joelinton but he puts in effort every game. Scored like 18 goals already this season I think. What utter knobhead **** ****ing bottle jobs sold him on a dime for no apparent reason?
I think not one player under bruce is doing well..... when its every player i look to.the manager. Hes not great , but the way we play is dreadful.
On loan. As pointed out before, it's one of the worst bits of business this club has ever committed too. Anyone advocating for that type of business is simply urging the club to be relegated. You have a younger, similar player, developing and scoring on an international level with an ungodly consistency, scoring in the prem and improving, but has disciplinary issues. So you sell him for near nothing to a potential relegation battle rival and sign an older version on loan with absolutely no guarantee said player will remain at your football club and then build your entire second half of the season on that player. Then you leave the club you managed without a singular striking option as you have taken that player you scouted for the chinese with you, and now said club is left with the option of buying a THIRD 6ft 2 striker with identical traits for almost 3 times the price. Should just never have sold the first one cos you didn't like his personality really.
This is the issue when the manager who is at the club for a "project" wants to then overhaul the squad. Their focus is to achieve their objectives, however it's not necessarily for the long term benefit of the club, as many managers aren't there for the long term. Look at Rafa, Mourinho, et al, very few develop players from the academy, or develop players to a higher level, it's all about achieving their project.
Cos Rafa has been consistently **** at signing players his entire career. Everyone gargles on his balls cos he signed Torres and Alonso, but forget about the countless times he signed players for a singular season and sold them straight back to the club he signed them from for a loss. He is a complete dinosaur. All of Newcastle's best outfield players were signed by McClaren. We are very lucky that Rafa didn't sell Ritchie as he planned or we would literally be sat here with zero options.
Mitro scored as many goals as Rondon in the premier league for a worse side. Are you saying we should sell our players and replace them with temporary loan signings?
He wanted to stay, before the chinese club made an offer. He said before the season was done he wanted to remain, he left the country after the season. he earns £8 million a year in china.
