Apparently Bowler's agreed fee was £5m. I'd take him, but not for that much.

 

I think he looks a decent prospect. At least we know what we’re getting.

 

True, I just feel £5m is a tad high though. Though I suppose Jarrod is valued at five times that and Bowler isn't five times worse.

Completely agree. Begs the question of why the clause was put in, seems rather pointless.

If it’s utilising some of the Bowen money, at the end of this season - yes.

 

He's the best player I've seen in the Championship this season. A constant threat and incredibly strong for a slight lad.

 

Must admit when I'm watching us I rarely notice an opposition player as standing out but at our place he just took us apart and was also impressive at the weekend. Then destroyed Cardiff yesterday from the evidence of the goal highlights. He is a great talent I think.

But a PL club was always going to take a chance on him given his record.

 

Bright Osayi-Samuel had a good game for QPR against Cardiff, so one or two clubs might have taken notice.
