In the second half I want to see Steven FFS I think some are just f'ing slow……...Alisoki is not playing FB FFS he is playing as an WB and the same for Ayling
got to agree and its height in attack we need.a big forward capable of getting stuck in and we would score against these.
I think fitness will be a key this second half, and if Brom don't score early we could (if our balls ever find our players) win it 2-1
Me neither. We may struggle to break them down though. They are packing the defence trying to catch us on the break. The right thing to do against us to be fair. We will give them chances to break as we pile forward. Anything could happen 2nd half.
Poor referee for both sides, giving a free kick for the slightest of touches, now made a rod for his own back. They get a free kick and he made our wall go much further than 10 yards, shouldn’t have even been a free kick. Their guy arms by his side but he leans into the ball and no penalty? I actually think we’re playing quite well, better than we did against Birmingham. Nketiah can’t hold the ball up, get Bamford on nice and early for the second half.
so we only have two defenders then? hes meant to be last line Harrison is left wing.call it whatever fookin position you like but hes a fullback simple as that.
This is not a good WBA side, they slow the game down that twat of a keeper takes over a minute to take a kick. So Nketiah fans!!! What ya think? bring Bamford on who can hold a ball up and bring players into the game, or keep him on and stay as we are, my suggestion is he fks off to north London tomorrow. Bielsa must shake it up at half time, I’m certain we can win this one.
Can't believe our FBs are STILL taking flak for doing exactly what Bielsa wants them to do. They'd be dropped is they didn't. Bielsaball is about all-out attacking & taking the risk of losing goals. We do & we do. Hav been since he came here. But still people expect our FBs to be putting in a cross one second & expecting them to be at the 18yd line 2 seconds later. That's not how our team works. FFS, it's been 18 months of this & a lot of people still haven't caught on. I don't mind criticism where it's due, but when it's for doing the job the manager insists on, you have to wonder if some people ctually watch the positives & just wait for (their version of) negatives to comment on.
I think he looks dangerous off the bench but if Bamford gets injured again we need someone who holds the ball up better. If he stays and is used on the bench then fine, if we get an injury to Bamford and Nketiah is the answer I’d worry
