    Nearly £300k a week to pick the worst RB I’ve seen at Spurs (and we’ve had Alan Hutton ffs), to drop the only CB who’s earned his wage this season and keep a RW who’s ineffective on the left... on the left.

    Load of ****ing ****.

    Absolutely wretched performance by Spurs. This is a poor Southampton side who cant keep a clean sheet at home and we barely mustered a shot on target all game.
    Every player should be ashamed of themselves. The passing was diabolical, defending calamitous, poor touches all over the field. No one winning second ball. Subs making no impact. Players playing out of position.
    Unless we buy in January and they make an impact we haven't got a cat in hells chance of finishing top four.
    This season will be a write off by Feb.

    Appalling.

    The most painful thing is that it feels like the past 5 years were just one big circle back to exactly where we were in the latter days of AVB and Sherwood. The difference being we don't have a bright and promising group of youngsters to bring through into the first team. The club is rotting from the top down, hidden behind the veneer of a shiny new stadium. The journey under Poch was filled with magical moments, but with no trophies to show for it and a legacy falling apart at the seams. This is totally different to the situation at Arsenal, where the rot set in over a decade plus. Our collapse has been swift, ruthless and thorough.

    Kane and Son are gone in the summer and I won't begrudge them for it. Mourinho hopefully won't be in the dug out beyond the end of the season. We need to bring in a young, hungry manager and rebuild from the ground up. It'll take years, but (I hope) it'll be worth it in the end.

    I really should set up a Reddit account to ask one simple question: you were demanding Steptonho for months, and how's that working out?

    I'm waiting for the videos of our players out on the piss for New Year's to drop somewhere.
    I'll be very surprised if they don't exist.

    ...would now be a bad time to suggest a three-man midfield for our remaining fixtures?

    The problem is going to be sharply exposed in coming weeks.
    The fans were split on Maureen and the Christmas run has been full of awful performances...the next home game is Liverpool and a spanking could produce a terrible atmosphere at the lane...(that was what finally killed AVBs reign).
    The plastics/tourists ain't going to keep on turning up to watch dross and they have priced the likes of me out.

    The cheapest tickets for Norwich (category c) for me and the teenbeast is coming in at almost £100...simply unaffordable.

    A lot of empty seats and a poisonous atmosphere will be a very bad combination.

    That's without the prospect of EL football (at best) in s half empty ground at best next season. At the old lane EL tickets were £15 for adults and £5 for kids and most group games were less than 30, 000.

    Levy has a lot to think about!

    Despite some of the dreadful performances and results and Mourinho's nonsense tactics, there's still the basis of a half decent team there...or there was prior to Kane's injury. The players were still trying until the end but the 'sytem' we're (not) playing to is a ****ing joke.

    Stop picking Aurier and give Foyth some time at right back. At the end of last season he did well, even when we were really poor;

    Get Davinson Sanchez back in the line-up;

    Play 3 in midfield and give us a chance to retain some possession and not get ripped apart playing two;

    Stop picking Eriksen to start;

    Give Skipp some game time. It is inconceivable that he can be worse than some of the alternatives;

    Tell Dele to play properly or drop him;

    Stop playing Lucas on the left.

    ...or just **** off and let us appoint someone who's going to take it seriously.

    I'm beginning to think the Master Tactician is past it.

    Either that or we've hired a Clone.

    The entire game can be summed up with the following sentence: "Poor delivery by _______"

    I can’t deny that the thought of putting my ticket on the exchange for the Pool game hasn’t crossed my mind. Why on earth would I wanna see us raped when I could get about £75 back into my account?

    Sick of watching this ****.

    I remember the Chelsea Pensioners of the 50's. Now I can say I've seen the Tottenham Pensioners of the 20's!

    p.s. Could one of our "coaches" take Aurier out every day and teach him how to center with his left foot instead of passing it back!

    p.p.s. HELP!!!!!!

    p.p.p.s. Has Jose's team ever been relegated?
