It most certainly is. Across the board too - it's not just people with crap jobs. Astonishing that so many can't speak english.

 

Fabulous choices for ethnic, e.g., Mexican, Cuban, food as a result.

They definitely make a positive contribution to our society, despite what the snowflake, right-winger, scare-mongers would like us to believe.

 

I believe that's primarily due to the Cuban influence, not the Mexican one.
