I wouldn't have thought we paid Arsenal up front for the whole season whilst there was the possibility of him being recalled halfway through.
The sooner he goes the better not up to standard. We need someone who can control a ball and hold it up. A bit of height would be nice too. I reckon he is going anyway not in Bielsa plans. Edmunson did not make the bench so must be going out on loan.
You mean someone like Roofe? Ok he's not the tallest but was good in the air nevertheless. Good ball control and hold up play, and a decent shot. He suited this team and the system perfectly.
Roofe would have probably missed 10 games through injury by now. I'm never getting this but I would love a big centre half as cover, a central midfielder to help Klich out (unless Forshaw is close) and 2, yes 2 strikers. A pacey one like Nketiah and a big lump like Eaves from Hull to help Bamford out. Keep him on his toes and also take a bit of the strain off him.
Norwich got Puki, Villa got Abraham’s. Just for once can we not find a gem like those. Would take a lot of pressure off. Surely given our position and decent wages we’d be attractive for a lot of players for second half of season
It was Swansea. He scored 5 times in over 30 appearances. The season before he got over 20 for Bristol. If you play to strikers strengths they will be more successful. Did the club screw up getting Nketiah? If his style doesn't fit, why did we go for him? Time will tell with Nketiah.
Abraham took Villa up, Nketiah won’t take Leeds up, even if he stays. Leeds will go up this season though, whether Nketiah is here or not. It’s our time lads.
Sam Cosgrove didnt play for Aberdeen on Sunday, was he injured or has a deal been done already?however a deal could be done for him to go to a number of clubs as hes now scored 11 so far in not many games and is only 2 goals behind the leagues top scorer in 3rd place
Don't know if Alioski is good enough to play right back, but he is definatly good enough to play left back. Or to be more correct he is actually playing left wingback and that is not the same as a back. It’s the same with Ayling, he is playing as a right wing back and not as a back. I guess that you are thinking of the goals against us when you ask who was at fault. Well it is a little bit to easy to only say Keeper or defence and only be thinking of the back four and the Kepper. When we don’t have the ball the hole team has a part to play in our defence. The frontman with a little bit of help from the midfield is supposed to hares the defence so it’s not going to be that easy or they can’t be that accurate to get the ball forward. The midfield is supposed to close all the gap and the space in front of the back four and also stop any attempt from the opposition the get down the flanks. The back four is the last line of defence and are suppose to pick up anything the frontman and midfield did not stop. So, it’s a team effort and the mistake could have been made higher up the pitch that ends in a goal for the opposition. Leeds combat set pieces bye keeping the ball and not making any faults in dangerous positions. Nketiah is going back to Arsenal to get lend out to another club in the Championship. And I fear that is going to come back and hunt us. And yes, it is Bielsas fault he is going back bye not using him when he should have. Dallas is NOT a MF. No don’t think Klich needs a rest, but he needs a better player than Dallas bye his side in the center.
