That's what I'm thinking too... surely they would have just take over? If they dont want to take over and we've just mortgaged the ground to keep running it's a piss take.
To be honest mate if this league wasn't so crap our season would already be over anyway. If they take over and we get a real go at promotion next season I'll accept writing this season off - just!
Their stance hasn't changed in months as far as I'm aware mate. They wanted to buy the club and have since registered a company at the SOL and pumped in millions. It would be absolutely bizarre if they now don't want the club.
Some reports are saying he hasn't lowered his asking price. So, if it wasn't a realistic prospect for buyers a couple of months ago, why is his announcement going to change that?
Maybe missing out on this window wont be so bad as things stand, lets see if PP can prove us all wrong and get us up by using mainly what we have already, stranger things have happened, it all makes for an interesting few weeks at SAFC what else could we ask for.
Is it the Dell boys who are the buyers or is he just touting the club about.. Him and Parky go tomorrow, new rich owners in by Friday, new players in next week... I can but hope/dream
Maybe the players knew yesterday and that may partly explain such an improvement in performance. Was a big step up from recent performances. Who knows.
Talk about bad timing, just as things were looking brighter. Obviously he has had enough, and who can blame him, its not easy ignoring repetitive dogma however misguided, as we have recently witnessed.
It was a narrow win against Doncaster mate. This could be huge for the club. We were going nowhere with Donald imo.
Ah no mad bob over the road said SD is paying the Yanks back on Friday so no transfers, you watch the twat be right for once
Was just wondering what would happen if he just gave them their money back. That would just take them out of the equation wouldn't it?
..... and as they are the one's that loaned the club (Madrox) £10M, they may bequeath part of that to be used for team strengthening while the process takes it's course, providing that a sale price is agreed, of course.
