Haven’t been but there is one near us and looked into going last summer with the in laws and their kids. The reviews for the food were good, service ****e.
Been to the one on the Albert Dock, was alright, but over priced and a bit rushed imo. Felt like a chain, as it is one.
It's a chain and the standard steaks are poor, go for the speciality stuff. I'm going to one on New Years Day.
there seems to be a glut of these in Kent and I have been to 3 or 4. My comments echo both Tobes and Luv’s, there OK but a little overpriced for a steakhouse. Go for the aged steak as it’s worth it
Sounds nice but I’d have done it with lots of garlic, rosemary and black olives. Slow cook is the way to go though as you can stick it in the oven and then spend 12 hours getting hammered.
What Stan said. Cover it and cook on low. 140 (fan) about 5 hours "hoy" in some veg and a glass of wine, season and cover in foil and that's it.
