I think similarly to Liverpool a couple of seasons ago we have to be more clever about who we go for. That said, outside of those four clubs Arsenal are the obvious choice for any player coming to England.
I’ve been out all day and just back from the beach. Haven’t seen the game but read the updates on my phone. Sounds like we were playing decent stuff for 70+ mins and then got hit with the sucker punch. Like I said though, as long as the performances are improving, then that’s good news for us as we were in a total mess. The results should come in time. But this isn’t going to be an overnight project for Arteta.
Look at the table Gary ya dumbass ... I'd even want you bunch of bottle jobs to beat Chelsea ... got nowt to do with any affiliation to either of you ... both pussy teams
better days will come mate, but I think this league is close to a major shake up again … we've had Chelsea , city and it wont be long before something happens again... 4 spots isn't enough as it is because some clubs are structured on being in the champions league .. somethings going to give somewhere

Plenty of quality in the squad. We just have a lack of identity at the moment and tactical direction. Management will make a big difference to that rather than personnel changes. Don’t get me wrong there are definitely areas we need to improve through signing players but that isn’t our biggest issue.
Semantics .. competing but only succeeding if the clubs mentioned don't fancy a player for some reason is not really competing ... more hoovering up the non draft picks
Seriously? You've sacked two managers inside 12 months and appointed a rookie as a cheapskate option, and you've just sunk to 12th in the league - your lowest ever. Do you really need me to spell it out!
Why has that VAR decision taken that long. The very first replay showed it came off the shoulder...bloody ridiculous amount of time
Except thats not right is it. Wenger didn’t get the sack and Emery wasn’t sacked within 12 months. We have hired an untested Manager which could go either way but there’s some good early signs. So try again - why is it more likely we will get even worse rather than improve? Give me some examples of other clubs in similar situations and how they’ve then done? Chelsea 10th, mid season sacked Manager, how did they do after? When you have an uncharacteristically **** season it’s far more likely you will improve than get worse.whether that improvement is enough or not is yet to be seen.
