One of the big teams will loan Villa a couple of players in January in return for signing Grealish on the cheap this summer. Spurs will also be interested.
I can't stand Villa...no idea why tbh...but a community will lose their club and generations of family culture that won't be past down if they go to the wall. I thought Brolton were the antiest football team ever (til stoke) but it is s footballing tragedy looking at what their fans are subjected to...same with Bury. It nearly happened to us in 1991...many have no idea how close we came to going bankrupt. As a result I tend to support Levy's caution but clubs like west ham could be in deep deep **** if they go down. They won't be even nearly filling a 60,000 ground in the Championship and will have players on mega money and no relegation clauses. It'll cause havoc to them and as much as their owners are ****ers I would have genuine sympathy for their genuine fans if their club financially imploded cos owners were irresponsible with money.
I went to Birmingham and all the people there we're offensive towards me simply because I supported Newcastle.. I have given it lots of thought and in the end I concluded that it is because they're ****s.
I noticed how good he was during the championship play offs last year and I said on our board he was a top player … from what I've seen he's way better than some of the crap getting England caps .. imagine him at a good club
I would struggle to find any sympathy. The Spanners are typical of a club that tried to run before it could barely crawl, and the fans have been beeling because the club looks like it might fall over. You quickly forget just how large their fans were giving it when they were gifted their stadium, despite the fact that they clearly cannot afford to do anything with it. They rubbed our noses in the dirt over that incident, and all the shady dealings done with the council. Do you really expect me to have any sympathy for Spanners, if their club goes to the wall?
No...never expect you to have sympathy with anyone... if you saw a drowning nun you would make some sort of a dirty habit joke instead of helping

Just watched a rerun of the 2000 game between the biggest two Scottish rivals. Celtic 6-2 Rangers. Brilliant game, never realised Scottish football could be so interesting. You could feel the passion.
I remember that game, because I was going out with a Jock bird at the time, who was a mad Rangers fan. We watched it in a pub in North London, with the Irish landlord who was a Celtic fan. The Scots bird stormed out of the pub at one point, didn’t think she was coming back but she did eventually. Chris Sutton scored a Hat trick iirc? That Jock bird was weird when it came to religion btw - proper freaked out when she saw I had a picture of the Virgin Mary in my living room, and a crucifix in my hallway (both presents from my mum).
Going to one of those games is definitely on my bucket list. Keep asking my mate, who’s a gooner but from a Glasgow family, to see if his relatives can get us tickets. The standard of football is atrocious though - League 2 at best.
