Today is the end of a truly horrible run of games for Rangers and apart from a bad second half at Pittodrie we have coped admirably with it. Celtic couldn't have wishes for a better run up to the break. Today's game being the only real test they have had. They won all the games they were supposed to so well done to them. Their performances in some of those wins have been turgid at best.

Their run of games after the break will be an entirely different kettle of fish. Rangers come back to a relatively easy month or so.

Today will not decide the league whatever the result.

It will see Eddie going AWOL for a couple of days though.
