Since Christmas day, I've reduced them to quivering wrecks, self conscious of what they cook. So butt hurt by Chief whipping their arses with a simple bubble and squeak with cold meat recipe.
I make a ****ing mean curry. I make sure all of my onions, tomatoes and spices are properly reduced down into a paste, before I start adding things. I reduce all of that down again and then add in a bit of single cream at the end. Makes for the best deep flavours.

They've been crying for the last few days, my decision didn't go down well. I think this could well go on until next Christmas, well that's my plan anyway.

It's piss easy homes. Just go to the supermarket and get some little tubs of Garam Masala, Turmeric and ground cumin. Fry up a couple of onions, add in a tablespoon of each spice, then a tin of chopped tomatoes, reduce it all down to a paste. Start adding whatever you want, and put another tablespoon of each spice in again and then reduce all of that down again. Add in a few tablespoons of single cream right near the end and mix it in.
