Today is a day of two dinners. Off up to rural Chorley to take my invalid mate to lunch in an hour then will go down the local Italian with me Mum for tea later. Good job I had that run, that should cover a starter! Might take pics.
The challenge was Christmas Day. Which everyone did a great job those of us blokes that cooked and had the balls to post it. I was hammered when cooking mine and it tasted amazing. Just covered it with dark gravy before photographing.
