That’s different Davy as you’re realistic but there are some that think we’re Barcelona playing in the league of Ireland
Think a certain Jack Clarke is peed off with Bielsa as he says thanks to the club the fans and the staff but keeps shtum about Bielsa. He left a cryptic barbed comment about always wanting to play for the club and thanked the players and club for making it happen. Dummy spat out there and a clear sign of why his form for the 23s garbage mostly
Lots of rumours around at the moment, so take your pick, but one is that Clarke could be going to QPR as part of the deal for Spurs to buy Eze from QPR.
Would you prefer Byram or Ayling ? Just for a bit of fun...no need for Shaks to remind us that anyone who has left is dead to him. Used to think Byram was quality but never seeemd the same player after his injury. Ayling looked good in an average side and now looks average in a good side.
As in ' same same but different ? ' Anyway as you're our resident expert on exes, who do you miss the most ? And yes I do mean girlfriends
I’d prefer Ayling. Byram was a bit of a sick note for us near the end and I remember him just going through the motions in some games. Ayling always tries. Maybe my memory mistaken Jammy
Think I concur... Hopefully Ayling can regain his mojo and show his qualites more consistantly, rather than the glimpses we are currently seeing.
The one thing Ayling is usually good at, and this is why Bielsa likes him, is that he is brave with his passes and always takes the risk to play through the press. When it goes wrong it puts us under immense pressure but get it right and its us that have a dangerous attacking position. You can tell he came through under Wenger at Arsenal. He is just a bit off form the last few games.
The one I miss the most well that's easy or should I say she was. I called her the Martini woman as she never refused. She was a redhead and true to type was volatile as hell.
One thing that worries me is Douglas. Wasn't he Bielsa's first signing for Leeds and lets be clear he had a top pedigree. Douglas played in the top Polish league for Lodz and won the league, he then went to the Turkish Super league and won the cup before Nuno Espirito Santo took him to Wolves where he won the league and became the leagues dead ball specialist and joint league assist title holder. Bielsa gave him the No3 shirt and a 3 year deal and to be fair he was different class at the start of last season but got injured and we hardly saw anything of him and this season he started off at LB again but injured and don't expect much from him again? Alioski and Davies are picked ahead of him so has Douglas gone backwards, has he not recovered yet from last seasons injury, or is he Bielsa's first mistake?
