Spoke to a Spurs mate of mine who can't even look me in the eye when he mentions maureen <laugh> and he knows the **** is a ticking timebomb.

Yeah it is a dumb appointment. Levy must have ****ed Pochettino off so badly. He obviously thought maureen would come and win him a pot, but the bloke is a tired old shell of a **** these days.

Like you say, he's either going to cause massive fractions at the club or you'll have to give him a giant wedge for him to **** off.

    Hopefully both :)

Imho I get why Pochettino had to go but would have given him until the end of the season. (I always back our managers and only ever wanted AVB sacked...kind of proud that I have not jumped on the plastic bandwagon when things get tough but like with AVB, I did not want Maureen snd think its a car crash waiting to hsppen).
I would have seen if Pochettino could turn it round by May, if not I would have then gone all out for the Wolves manager.

Pochettino was wrong to say he'd quit if we won the CL and continually played dross like Rose (God knows how he gets in the England team...he has completely gone as a player), refused to play Maura etc and played players who were in the wrong positions ... so I get why he was sacked.

And may Arteta do to you what Brian Kidd did for Blackburn Rovers <grr>

  5. Mourinho will keep improving us, and we will win something with him.

Arteta has nothing to look forward to at Arsenal except for the sack.

How do you think Jose will keep improving you, getting Kane to drop deeper and help defence, more long ball's over the top from Jan to Dele, maybe telling Son and Lucas to come narrow and block the midfield?
You never know, given enough money he might be able to persuade Fellaini to come to you, his favourite goto player <ok>

    There's 2 Arsenals?

  9. Mourinho is teaching our boys how to mix it up.

Not so sure about the link with Fellani, though. A player of his calibre probably won't want to come to Spurs.

  10. Moyes will only consider returning to West Ham is he is offered the manager's job on a permanent basis. (Times)

The Spanners could do a lot worse.

    Is it fk

With Poch we weren’t getting Levy’s holy grail of top 4

    Nothing to do with pots

So far he has managed to get us exactly where Levy wants us to be. Very sensible appointment from Levy’s POV.

If a pot comes..so be it..we dont deal in pots
