West Ham's fans are some of the worst IMO and not just for thinking they're something special. They seem to have a bunch of middle-aged skinheads still living in the 70's. When we played them the season before last it was the only time I've seen someone try to crawl across the net in the Northam looking for a scrap.
Just like to point out that some fans hate the ball being passed back...they call out for it to be dropped into the box even if there is no realistic chance of anything happening.
I love the pinging players on the bottom Difference between passing backwards and sideways a while ago and for this goal ... previously ... safe, safe, safe, don't give me the ball, you have it now ... everyone looking for a route forward when they have the ball and lots of movement off the ball giving options and players WANTING the ball Marvellous
People have compared yesterday's second goal to the 27-pass one against Middlesbrough, which is very appropriate. At that time, we were playing like a Premier League club in the Championship, whereas for most of the last 2 seasons we have been playing like a Championship club in the Premier League. Yesterday, at last, we looked like a Premier League team again.

I think he has had much better games for us but a lot of it was down to his workrate for me. Too much walking around the pitch and some sloppy passing which didn’t help. I wanted to see a bit more fire and hunger from him, not goals.
Agree. Have been off line over Christmas but simply delighted with a really excellent win, a real bonus! Well done Saints players and travelling supporters!!
