There always comes a time, with Sunderland supporters, when they've had their fill of negativity and adopt a bunker mentality. I hope today's the day and the whole club comes together despite what's happened ... ... another 'Tranmere' would be great and there's no reason it won't happen.
It feels like it's coming. I think the stuff about the players being arses helps to get people behind the manager, it has with me at any rate. A decent team selection today and a desire to play football and I'm back in. Not that I was ever really out but the apathy has been hardcore.
One win today won't produce a massive shift in attitudes but would set us up for back to back wins ... ... and we all know what a bit of momentum can do.
well i mean tees you naughty boy, the way things are going being 6 points off a play off place etc !.
In theory I'm not against 3 or 5 at the back as long as the full backs get forward enough to support the team. In O'nien and Hume we should have that. Depends what their instructions are I guess. 3-1 to the lads as now feeling optimistic.
Well I hope we win... Wyke starting, no surprising what the hoof ball tactics will be. Will not be there...hospital visiting, although I am so pizzed off with the club atm...if I went and if we lost again.... I would be so depressed...
I reckon the team's about right given the resources. I like 3 at the back when you've got attacking wingbacks which this team does and Watmore and Gooch ahead of them is my choice too.
Really hoping for any kind of win, and would like to see PP get a break, coz I think he is trying to sort out the mess. Unfortunately coz we are so s h I t, I don’t think it’ll happen. But HHHAAAAWWWWAAAAAYYYYYYYY! Bart
