Yeah it certainly is. The turkey we had was one of these free range on a farm jobs and was the best we've ever had but it's never going to be as good as goose.

It was fine, looked ok to me and tasted great. Looking at your random pile of food I think I've done well.

 

He has mostly spent the day shouting at his own family that he’s not gay, he then decided to go for a walk a few hours ago to calm down, he come back with his finger stuck in a whippet.

I've eaten, it was good, I didn't take pics.

I feel massive and only slightly pissed, which is a result tbf as we ate so late.
Loads left, looks like it'll be bubble and squeak for the next couple of days.

Gonna settle down and watch my sons play FIFA20 and imagine United being as good.

Then watch the actual United labour against ****ing Newcastle tomorrow.

Had a lovely day down here. First one without my old man, so none of us were sure how it was going to feel. We raised a glass to him over dinner and everything has gone swimmingly.

I’m now slowly working my way through this fine wedge of vintage Gouda with a few glasses of port

5 year matured. It's definitely funky. More like a Parmesan than a Gouda. It's ****ing lovely.
