The dish on the right looked like it had sliced sausage in it.

I know you can. Thought you’d improvised and whacked some sausage in sweet an sour sauce.

Went for a sucky special pie tonight.

Kinda like A shepards pie but not.

Beef mince fried with red onion, salt pepper paprika garlic and 2 chopped chilli's (medium hot) also added some chopped chorizo and half a tin of beans.

Just waiting for the spuds to go soft them ill Mash with butter, double cream and boursin cheese cos im out of philidelphia.

Will spread that on me mince and add cheese on top.

    Should be bangdang<cheers>

Oh and Merry cmas to all<diva>

All done, added some broken sprouts to the mince, just waiting for the cheese to toast.

    Chilli flakes yes.

But it's not sweet and sour pork and pineapple.

While i was cooking, i decided on a sweet and sour, but then realised i had neither.

But had a gammon steak, and some peach slices. Now that works just aswell. Cooking is all about trying different stuff.

So as for your twist 'hoyed some chilli' even you didn't spot it.

Not happy with how this looks but it tasted amazing.

The pasta was tossed in sage, butter and olive oil. The sauce was made fresh, shallots, garlic, carrot and celery with panchetta and a fresh tomato pulp with lemon. Parmesan on top.

sweet and sour gammon, with peach slices, and chilli flakes.

It's all about trying, and it works well.
