Still no funding for Bramley-Moore, but Everton have an updated CGI trailer! Keep an eye out for the empty land behind the stadium. That's where Moshiri wants to build his new luxury flats. The entire stadium is just a scam to get the council to install utilities for his flats. That's why he won't put a single penny of his own money into the project. @Tobes @PJS - BACK AND BOSSING IT

Your bitterness about our fabulous new riverside stadium is both palpable and hilarious. Moshiri told the EGM that £100m of the cost will be in the form of equity i.e. him. That’ll be on top of the £250m he’s already put onto the balance sheet. Compare that, to how much your Shermans have added to your balance sheet and let me know the difference will ya. I’ll wait
Haha, I thought exactly the same myself mate. Stadium does look boss though, think it gets the balance between blending in with the heritage of its surroundings without looking faux, spot on. Hopefully we’ll see it passed by the Spring and work starting by the Summer, exciting times.
FSG have been perfect owners on and off the pitch. Multiple ground improvements actually delivered and best team in the world. Nothing at all suspicious that Moshiri appears willing to pour hundreds of millions into Everton yet doesn't care how that money is utterly wasted, as if his agenda only requires Everton to technically be a Premier League team and nothing more. No denial about the luxury flats then?
Yeah he’s thrown a quarter of a billion pounds at the club so far (plus his equity cost) just because he fancies building some flats (according to you). That’s how business works, honest. Sit down before you embarrass yourself any further mate. This subject isn’t for you. I’m guessing the comparison didn’t fair well btw
I'd say the biggest difference in spending between the two owners is that one has led to immense success on and off the field with a team the envy of the world. The feel good factor from top to bottom is second to none. The other owner has thrown millions upon millions at anyone and everyone and the club is actually going backwards. Aren't EFC about to post £100m loss. Kudos on Ancelotti btw and the stadium design looks great.
Good for him. You don’t get rich by spending your own money. I would like to take a minute to thank the LFC supporter who pays their council tax, Stadium will be well paid for.
Klopp has delivered that success, not FSG. They got lucky and have invested diddly squat, barring a low interest loan for the stapler stand. Plenty of reds were calling for them to go after their barren years before the arrival of Klopp. No idea how you can say a club that has just submitted those plans 2 days after appointing one of the Worlds best managers is going backwards like, but whatever.
I think the council support is off the table now, not sure because it's changed a few times but if it does still involve the council and it all goes pear shaped, it's us Liverpool residents who will be facing the bill not you or tobes or other out of towners. So be nice
You're 4 points above the relegation zone. How many seasons until you hit 60+ points again like when Moshiri took over? #backwards
Sorry but without FSG there'd be no Klopp and maybe no Liverpool. They stepped in and saved the club. The progress since they took over has been phenomenal. They've delivered on everything they promised. What did Moshiri promise you?
nah, the council need Everton to kickstart the redevelopment. They will be happy to help. But as no finance package is in place it will never happen. Remember, dig deep.
**** off, Liverpool were never in danger. The high court dance was for show. Always would have been someone’s ready to buy.
They've only been here 9 years (we won the first trophy in their first year) and in that time we've been in every domestic and European final, winning two of them and are currently on target (for the third time) to winning the league. How much more could you ask for.
