From someone who is clearly talented, and has possibly posted the best dishes on this thread since he arrived, that was quite a turn around.

 

Just roast them. They get too mushy if they're par boiled.

they are in the oven, sea salt and chilli flakes

 

Depends how big they are I guess.

 

They're nice when they're braised in honey. Goes well with lamb.

I used to hate parsnips with a passion.
I guess it was because they were always served up boiled and mushy.
A roasted parsnip is a truly magnificent veg.

Still can't bring myself to like sprouts though.

Just popped it in the oven, more pics to follow.

 

They are nice, the chilli flakes give a bit off an added kick, hopefully there will be some left come scran time.

Was in the kitchen taking them out, then had a tab, when a lad and lass kicked off. Shouting, swearing, smash, something got broke, lots off screaming, crying, etc.

Oh the joys off xmas and inner cities.
