Not generally mate, I can but don't tend to regularly as find it's not worthwhile mainly for one as so much goes to waste.
I know what you mean. I always used to cook for both of us but I once asked my wife whether she liked something I’d spent ages making and as she was in a mood she said “it’s alright, food is just fuel.” Now I’m quite happy to cook for one.
I struggle to eat the same meal two days in a row as well unless it's something like a casserole, so any intentions of using it all up the following day never works.
i will never ever eat the same thing 2 days in a row. so if i 'm dubious, i hoy a bit more in, and it's just as easy. what's left, don't get wasted mate. daft as it sounds, sometimes having a common job works, we all swap and share things.
