Elf on repeat. I actually like Xmas now. My family have started going abroad for it every year and makes it easier to just say no/come up with an excuse when they ask if I want to come. I’ll probably go out for a few Xmas Eve with the various old mates who are back visiting family, wake up whenever on Xmas day and have a nice peaceful day to myself. Haven’t decided what I’ll eat yet, have chicken rice and veg 9/10 meals during the year so might have turkey rice and veg and really go festive
Decent beer. I’m getting a beer sub from my sister for Xmas, looking forward to having some beer from that.
Leaves me... Brooklyn Lager Lost Lager California IPA 2 cans of Faxe 1 bottle of dog Plenty of wine and rum Bought some smoked trout and a ham yesterday. Getting there now.
I like drinking but don't drink that much, I have over 20 cans and that'll take me through Christmas if I start on Saturday which is my first day off. I'm off out a few times as well so will have a pint or 2 on those occasions.
I'm getting stick from Mrs luv saying that my idea of ham and turkey for Christmas dinner doesn't work because ham doesn't go with gravy, I'm sure I've seen ham and turkey served together for this type of meal?
Was just given these. Wouldn't ordinarily buy this but was free so nice to add to the Christmas stock!
Christmas holidays officially for me today, kicking it for 4 weeks before I have to head back to work.
Got some Chocolates for my young manz teachers and got him some Xmas cards to give to his classmates. Was a bit concerned coz I didn’t buy them copious amounts of Alcohol but they didn’t look distraught...I was like...are these people not real Christians? Confused
Teachers have always got enough booze in mate, they'll give the cheap chocolates you bought them to family members they don't like so you're saving them money, good job.
