Hereford 12:40 Catchmeifyoucan Stable a rare visitor to this track over last 5 seasons but had 2 placed from 5 over hurdles. This one is trainers only runner there today. Catchmeifyoucan improved for the step up in trip last time and should be suited by todays stamina test. Lurks on a dangerous handicap mark and several runners from this yard were in the first three last 14 days. Seems to be a nice each-way shot today. Good luck
Horrid ground at Hereford so I’ve gone with the jockey who walks the course. Bean Liath I’m Wiser Now Blue Monday (NAP) Sound Of Music (what a lovely name etc) EW doubles and trebles
Southwell 1.30 Decision Maker This one has been a really reliable performer on the all weather in these kind of races with 2 wins and 5 places from 13 runs. Roy Bowring has had 4 horses placed from his last 6 runners. Decision Maker is on a winning mark and was placed at Southwell this time of the year in 2017 and 2018. High draw not ideal but enough positives to think this one could sneak a place at 14/1.
Exeter 12:50 Notawordofalie Run much better than finishing position suggests last time on hurdling debut over course and distance when in touch until weakening home turn. Good bumper form before that. No forlorn hope for each way purposes I think.
hi guys! hereford,12 40: not easy, with no less than 3 last time out winners in the line-up,but CHLOES COURT has run two decent races so far this season, and her latest third was boosted by the first two that day scoring again since.that is rock-solid form, and though shes up 1 lbr for that effort, should be competitive still.
even the handicaps are lacking runners. Hate to say it but the bumper is about the most appealing race on that card.
I think the ground is pretty rancid isn't it? Plus lots of racing to come over Christmas, its maybe to be expected
It is horrid all around. I think it’s the dilution of racing again, we had those decent novices last weekend and not enough top class horses that are needing a run in heavy going.
hereford,1 10: quite a tight affair, and not much between the three main contenders.AARON LAD and supremely lucky were of the same ilk over hurdles, and the latter made a solid chasedebut at worcester, before getting injured next time out.but ive the feel, that the newland horse could be a better chaser than a hurdler, even if not showing a great deal on his fencing debut, but in a hot race.so,could be a close call, but slight preference is for AARON LAD.
hereford,2 10: BILLINGSLEY faced a very stiff task on his chase debut, against the likes of knight in dubai and co,and still ran respectably there, before eventually departing 2 out.theres nothing of that calibre in it today, and he has also some useful hurdles form to boot.can go well today,in this lesser affair, for his in-form yard.
hereford,3 10: a rather low affair, but i think, this can go the way of THE BROTHERS.did run better than it looked on his seasonal debut here, and while he didnt quite back that effort up next time out,has been dropped a few pounds since,so this unexposed sort surely has claims in this uncompetitive race.
Fascinating Spirit 33/1, requires a huge leap of faith to back in the next at Southwell but at a huge price is worth a couple of quid ew. Is more than capable on its day and the race doesn't look a good one.
