So tried to get in touch with now tv today due to not being able to log into my account, and apparently they don't have a phone number so need to contact them by the website. Go on the website and they've got this ****ty bot thing which is ****ing useless and then I finally find the live chat thing, which takes 3 attempts and half hour of confirming details due to disconnections, for them to finally say it's been passed to the 'concerned team', and someone will email me within 24-48 hours. ****ing concerned team? And upto 48 hours - that's handy when I've got a weeks pass init. ****ing useless ****s, cancelled my DD for my broadband, bet I get some **** on the phone then.
They gave me another free week one time when they ****ed up, and I never even had to contact them. So play along them lines with them, that you want some form of compensation ie an extra free week - unless you want to push it to a month You could always make out you are a Palace supporter and you missed your team play that night
Yeah I'm just rolling month by month, been thinking about it from a while but plan on moving early next year so was gonna leave it till then.
Yeah, understand mate, you need to be careful, mine is an 18 month contract but it was only £21.95 a month and then the cashback. But if you can't do 18 months then best avoided.
