Great and different. Not sure how well it works all together, but looks great and individually all good. Rare tuna steak, excellent. Spicy asian broth, excellent Wasabi, hell yeah. Maybe tuna can pull this off, not many fish dishes can.

Thanks mate. I’ve held out an olive branch to Sucky to teach him how to cook but I think he’d cover the olive branch in brown juice and bake it until he was baked by which time it would be cremated.

My Mrs has banned me from going back to UK for Christmas this year as office is too busy, but kindly brought me a packet of M&S Mince Pies and a Christmas Cake when she was here a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately I have already finished them both - they were bloody lovely though. She will be back at end of December so she should be able to bring even more - and at half price too.
