If we stay up this season?

  1. Do you think we'll all sing

    "There's only one Alan Pardew,
    one Alan Pardew,
    walking along,
    singing a song,
    walking in a Pardew wonderland".

I'm beginning to really like Pardz0r. That reaction to Tiote's goal was classic.

He seems a really calm, intelligent and articulate man, but also one with alot of passion and also one that can kick 7 bells of **** out of the players if he sees a performance like that shower of **** in the first half on saturday.

Would you sing a song for Pardew?

I wont. I think we'll survive 'despite' Pardew rather than because of him. Half time tub thumping speeches aside, I think our defense has started to worryingly disintegrate since he arrived. Getting caught out of possesion too ofetn, mistakes and desperation creeping in as a result. I'm beginning to see what a great job Sir Chris H did in organising the defense during his time. The worry is that I remember West Ham becoming a disaster defensively under him too! :-o

Let's not forget Chris Hughton, he's the main hero to me, and yes Pardew has in the main done a good job.

Pardew has done ok, too early to tell and he can't really be blamed for Hughton's departure. Still think the pie-man will screw him over at some stage, mates or not.

wouldn't sing that song tbh, would sound like we've forgotten chris
but if he continues to do well, and show genuine affection for the club, then i wouldn't feel wrong singing his name

Seriously? I think Colo has finally looked like a £10mill rated player since Pardew arrived. Enrique has been top class as usual and Simpson has been looking strong. The only issue was when Taylor came back into the team after a very lengthy spell out. He was naturally rusty in the few games before he got injured again. Williamson just hasn't been up to par lately, but that's down to him, not the manager.

Another issue is how we've conceded goals in injury time. However, Pards has said he is going to address this which is fair enough.

I guess divided opinions make football what it is. I agree that Colo has looked £10m.......but IMO less so since Pardew. Williamson and Enrique have started getting caught out of position, Fulham and Arsenal are great examples.

Not that song tash. But if we get on well in the window and start climbing next season, then maybe we'd better come up with something.
