I just drew a rude figure against the Labour candidate. :emoticon-0172-mooni

The post that was deleted by the way was the picture of Corbyn dressed as Bin Laden. Don't really think it crossed any boundarys but someone didn't like it. I'll put it up again if you can't remember it.

Bin Laden's family objected, didn't want him associated with a peacemaker socialist who wants an end to violence.

I really wish I was in Diane Abbott's constituency so I could vote for her, she seems so methodical and well organised. In fact everything that a future home secretary should be.

I would trust Abbott over Sajid Javid any day of the week. Watching him trying to cover for Johnson over the 50,000 nurses debacle was genuinely embarrassing.

Happened to catch an episode of Poldark last night. It was election day circa 1790. Apparently the mine workers and the peasants didn't have enough food and the landowners were shipping the grain to Portugal for a better price. There was a bit of a fall out and the landowners hung a couple of peasants to keep them in their place. Interestingly, Poldark going all Jeremy Corbyn, fighting for the workers, won the Truro election 9-8. (yes, only the toffs had the vote in 1790) Obviously this is only fiction because Poldark wouldn't have won and his Mrs. was banging the Boris Johnson character who kept quoting Latin and writing poems. Now move on 100 years, we all have the vote! The uppity peasants eventually win health care for all and don't get hung for stealing food (although a few million do get killed off fighting in those pesky landowners squabbles). Another 100 years and oddly life is not perfect? Somehow the peasants are hungry again but could easily vote for Poldark and they don't? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? VOTE POLDARK!!!!!
