Great to have you back Alex and Dan. Hard to believe that at the time of your last Podcast we were 23rd and looking like certs for Relegation. And now - after our longest winning streak at this level since 1910 - another win tomorrow could take us up to 7th and on the verge of Playoff places. Incredible!!

With only two weeks to go until the Window closes the odds of retaining our two recent lethal weapons, Bowen and Grosicki, are looking much better. That in conjunction with our rock solid back five who haven't conceded a goal in three games while we have scored eleven, the strength of Henriksen and the transformed Stewart and the play-making of Evandro in mid-field, and Campbell's regained scoring touch, have made us the team to beat in the Championship. While the recall of Elphick and the loss of Irvine to the Asian Cup have hardly been missed.

Great credit must be given to Nigel Adkins who strangely was not mentioned in your Podcast. I hope you'll mention his role in the current revival next week. Also to our back four, where DeWijs and Burke have been outstanding at CH, and Kane and Kingsley on the outside, leaving Marshall largely untroubled in goal. I'm looking forward to the Tigers making it 7 in a row at Villa tomorrow!!!!

The confidence has surged through the team, meaning all of them looked better. Milinković wants a move I think. I wasn't surprised at Bowen coming good I always thought he was our big player, though a lot of teams seem to let him tee it up on his left foot. Grosicki is linking up well but I'm not convinced he has the best shot, definitely not as good as Bowen.

I think Adkins priority after Slutsky was to get the defence sorted, but then at the start of this season we had to rebuild the defence. We are scoring at least as good now as under Slutsky but have a defence as well.

I think it could well have been 2-0 or 2-1 if there hadn't been the injury and that free kick given at the end of the first half.

Squad depth and the transfer window is an urgent topic.

Dan and I chat the Villa draw and the progress we've made to feel disappointed with a point; Pugh's arrival from Bournemouth and what he means to the team structure; and look ahead to a tasty fixture with Blackburn.

Strong results to banish the memory of a capitulation at Brentford, and when will the club move to tie down some of its more valuable assets? We discuss this and more.

Have tried not to spam you guys with the episodes, but thought I'd post this one as it's our 100th episode:

I also had the chance to interview Callum Elder recently which was a good opportunity:

Dan and I are back to preview a huge FA Cup clash with Chelsea - and with FA Cup fever in the air, we reminisce about a special day out against Southend in the Cup back in 2014.

That was a pretty crazy game. I went with a friend who was very loosely a Palace fan so she enjoyed it, but at least was noteable for seeing Hudd in goal.
