    Everyone seems to think Brighton are one of the best teams in the league and though I do rate Poyet, has anyone actually looked at their results?

    Leicester 1-0 Brighton
    Bristol City 0-1 Brighton
    Brighton 2-0 Peterborough
    Brighton 2-2 Blackpool
    Cardiff 1-3 Brighton
    Portsmouth 0-1 Brighton
    Brighton 2-1 Doncaster

    Cardiff, Leicester and Blackpool are the only decent teams they've played and they only won one of those games.

    True, but we've only played one of the teams currently in the bottom ten and Brighton have played four of them, that was my only point.

    wouldn`t at all be surprised to see us pick up a point at Brighton, with Gerrard returning to haunt us against Cardiff, so those two results could be swapped, would love to have 11 points from those though

    on current form i cannot see any of these teams beating the tigers. so i shall go for 3 wins and 3 draws. = 12pts. cardiff - brighton - forest games being the draws but it would be no surprise if the forest game was a win as well. but what price 6 x hull city wins 1-0 then ?

    Should be interesting seeing them against Liverpool tonight on TV. They put Sunderland out so can't be too shabby.

    I'm going to the Brighton vs Palace game on Tuesday so it'll be interesting to see how good they are, maybe I should send NP my scouting notes ("The defence will have to keep an eye on Harveys, he managed to get 2 past the custodian in quick sucession in a magical 15 minute burst. This after letting 3 in before kick off")
