They've dropped as many points in 16 games as they dropped throughout all of last season. Monumental task for them.
Obviously going for the title isn't good enough for MoTD, Not even in the first 3 to be shown Son's goal btw, no actual skill, just kick and run as Burnley players dived in and missed the ball.
Tbh, our game wasn't the most entertaining from a neutral perspective. I like Son, but you're right - nobody made a serious effort to try and stop him. The commentator had a rather inappropriate orgasm over it, I thought.
The start of his run was great but more bizaare the further he went, he had 3 (or 4) players 15 yards in front of him but ran right past them and none could keep up or even try to tackle.
He stood right there, watching Fred get racially abused and did nothing, no plea to stop it....nothing. I don’t expect him to take his fans on as they’re a tad more aggressive than Gomez, I mean that he didn’t console Fred in any way. I expect he’s addressed it on Twitter? I don’t use it so don’t know but if he hasn’t said a thing, he’s a publicity seeking phoney.

They desperately want them to get back to the top, as if it's their rightful place. I've never understood the media love-in for Man Utd. I'm aware that plastics attach themselves to winners, and we picked up a fair few during our heyday, but there seems to be a sense of entitlement that I don't quite grasp.
