Fooking peas...just no. That mash looks like the puss remains from a spot. Sausages, might be ok, I'd need to see the content inside, I'm really fussy about sausages.
I'm fussy with sausages, I like high meat content but finely ground meat, can't stand course ground sausages unless I'm making meatballs with them.
I'm exactly the same, it has to be very high meat content, I generally only eat pork and like you finely ground, and another no, no is too much grease. One thing i will be always happy to pay extra for the right ingredients.
whats wrong with peas ya heathen. I’m fussy about sausages. I don’t like the high meat content ones. Sausages need to have a bit of crap in them. just had a late brunch cooked breakfast. I’m also bored. Not in the mood to do any work. The mrs is working and I have no one to go drinking with. Sad times. Debating popping into town and buying the Star Wars game.
You'll probably hate how I cook them. They go into a pan of boiling water for 8 minutes, drain off and into a pan with olive oil on medium for another 8 turning often to get colour all over.
