EVERYONE IS FORGETTING HE PLAYED AT CITY! Its not like he was getting ZERO games at arsenal after a bust up with the manager, City bid £25m and offered huge wages and Arsenal and Adebayor agreed this was a good move.

Sorry. It's because the Tottenham fans, all of a sudden, are bigging up adebayor and saying 'We're gonna get you with your former player!' but it's stupid.

I'm sorry, but that is complete rubbish! You'll find that most Spurs fans have always rated Adebayor, which is why we were so glad to get him on loan from City.

@Bobby Pires. What is racist about calling someone's mother a whore? And more to the point, just because we sang songs about him, doesn't mean we thought he was a **** player. We didn't like him because he played for you muppets. I hate all Arsenal players, but that doesn't mean I think they are all **** footballers

If you hate a player then sing a song saying he's '****e', can't hit a barn door or whatever but singing a racist song is taking it too far. The whole 'washing elephants' thing is pathetic.

 

I struggle to see the issue here. The spurs song isn't racist and is par for the course for a team who hate us the most. Adebayor is African and you associate Elephants with Africa. Whore rhymes with Adebayor.

Of course they will sing songs about our players and we their's. but it is far easier for a Yid to take Adebayor as their own as Adebayor is hated by Arsenal fans (not me) so the enemy of their enemy is naturally their friend, no ?? We hated Sol Campbell until he came to us.

Adebayor was a good player, not great, but I can see him causing us no end of problems in the air if we do not fix our defence. Great bit of business yet again by Harry Redknapp as was getting Scott Parker.

 

To be fair, though, our fans won't be singing that song any more
