Celtic talk about it as if it just happens to them. That's why no one are backing them up. This talk of refs etc IS only to cover up the fact that they're ****!
Fair do's Brum, it's just the timing of it makes it look blatantly like it's an attempt to gain an advantage for Sunday. If that's the case then there is obviously an underlying belief that the refs are doing it on purpose.
I believe some refs are anti-Celtic The way to stop it is to follow what every other country does & have the refs swear their allegiances to their teams & not being able to ref them or their rivals. In what other country would a McCurry be allowed to ref the team he supports!!! Not saying there aren't refs who dislike Rangers, I'm just not concerned about them - I support Celtic & watch Celtic games so can't comment on decisions for other clubs that I don't watch each week.
Brum, what good will that do? Any ref that swears himself to be a fan of any oher club would be instantly accused of being a Rangers fan as soon as Celtic were denied a dubious penalty. They'd get the same treatment as pretty much any journalist who hasn't admitted to having an Old Firm allegiance. Actually both fans would be at it (I genuiley thought Spiers was a tim for example) - but the Celtic fans would be worse!!
Steve Conroy gives me that impression that he's ant -rangers briefly then I remember he's a ****ing moron who is a ****e ref. I really don;t think we should be allowed to have football in this country as we're can get out of the dark ages with all this ****e about anti - (insert team here although 90% will be celtic filled in as we all know). But McCurry is a Rangers fan, there's no denying it!!! For him to ref a Rangers game is a joke surely? I'm sure there are Celtic refs too & the same goes for them reffing Celtic matches. How can you expect them to be impartial? I agree there will be alot of St Mirren fans about & that some refs will not have the chance to ref an Old Firm game or Cup Final but its a sacrifice that needs to be made to stop this sort of thing happening & being the highlight of the chat about refs. If refs are **** then fine. But you can't say they're just **** unless these rules come in to play to say a supporter of x can not ref certain games - thus ruling out the conspiracy talk.

So there were no Rangers fans complaining of the SFA & a conspiracy a couple of years ago??? Every club moans of it, non OF clubs moan about the refs too. Just when its Celtic Rangers fans carry on like nobody else complains!!! Last year there were official complaints from Hibs, Dundee Utd, Aberdeen & Celtic about refs.
Look at Chelsea last night? was that not a pen just before halftime? Look at the offside goal in the Bayern Munich game last week!!! It happens in every game in every league in every country. This is divisive by Celtic ahead of Sunday's game, actually I wish Rangers had thought of it!!! We could have compiled our own list FFS!!
Celtic are where they are because Monkey Heid has been unable to put a team on the pitch who can defend for the majority of the season. Oh and their forwards were pish for the first half of the season. You would not be obsessing over (and blaming) refereeing decisions had you won games that you were too pish to win.
Bawbag I've said that some of these decisions did not have a direct impact on the results therefore I'm not blaiming the decisions on the results!!! Celtic have been **** this season & thats nothing to do with the refs, its only Rangers fans that seem to be linking the two seperate points.
There are bad decisions happening in every game, every season. Why are Celtic not bothered about addressing these when they are winning the league? In the eyes of many Celtic fans, Rangers don't deserve to be winning the league because they have no money, haven't bought any new players in 2 seasons - this is causing severe rage within the support. I just see this as the Celtic board trying to pacify the fans by spinning the paranoia story again and again because they know for sure they will eat it up. Probably because you can't afford to sack the chin taker. I'm sure if I had time and could be bothered, I could find multiple decisions that have went against Rangers this season, that could have cost us points had we not scored more goals in the end.
