Depends what team you put out, and how important a piece of silverware is to them.

I think West Ham is already the plum tie that we could have wished for especially at home. So anything after that really don't matter, but to answer the question, an away tie at one of the new prem grounds, Spurs or Arsenal or a trip to Anfield.

I really think this might be the toons year !!! I know you will all laugh and mock me for saying this, but I just have this feeling deep down inside that Newcastle united might win and make it to the 4th round

Footy on Amazon tonight and tomorrow night. Wonder if it’s the start of more competition for PL Football?

No idea what the duh was for? It’s a genuine question. Amazon are obviously sticking their toe in the PL waters and want to see how it goes. From there it’s possible that they could decide it’s not for them, or they could go for it. With their resources they would provide a serious threat to Sky & BT for both PL and CL football.

Agree with this. There's huge amounts of revenue to made from the Premier League, I think it's entirely plausible that companies like Amazon, Netflix and even Apple might have their eye on the PL and Champions League.

Sky would be ****ting themselves! Without PL footy they’d lose over half their subscribers, at least.

No, but Sky have had such a monopoly on it for years, because they've been able to outbid other media providers due to their subscription service. Now that that model is firmly established in the marketplace with companies like Amazon, Netflix and Apple, it's only a matter of time before they outbid Sky for TV rights for football.
